Abstract

This presentation starts by going over recent copyright history in Canada and how that effects education. It then goes over rights that people have to use copyrighted material in an educational context. Finally it briefly goes over the positives and negatives regarding for education in Bill C-32, the Copyright Modernization Act (2010).
