Abstract

The article offers information on the Employment Code of Conduct in Alberta. It states that the Code of Conduct sets out the private rules of the workplace including computer usage policy, alcohol and drug use and harassment. In line with these, is the termination of Claude Poliquin, the worker at Devon Canada Corp., for using the company's computer equipment to access the Internet to view and transmit pornographic and racist material in violation of the Code of Conduct.
