Abstract

This report is submitted to the Honourable M. Farnworth, Minister responsible for public gaming in British Columbia. The report flows from an assignment by the Honourable Dan Miller, Minister responsible for gaming until February 18th, 1998, the date of a reassignment of Cabinet responsibilites. The assignment rose from a decision brought by the Nanaimo Community Bingo Association.
