Abstract
Ethical Issues in eHealth: This is an conceptual introduction of the 'Rays of Hope' Foundation, itself a response to the growing recognition that low-cost, easy to realize digitized diagnostic imaging, and the subsequent WWW transmission of digitized image data, is a possible, indeed necessary tool to facilitate effective treatment and management of the pandemic AIDS and TB challenge, also in Developing Countries.
