Abstract

The article discusses the arbitration of the business failure of the baseball franchise Ottawa Rapidz in the Canadian-American (Can-Am) league. It states that after months of winning only a third of their games, Rapidz end up bankrupt on September 29, 2008 which ceased its operations. It discusses sports franchises, business enterprises, and international arbitration.
