Abstract

The article presents report on the world's legal systems and describes the categories, characteristics, and variations of legal systems. It discusses how legislation was created and cites its application to the geographical territory of the legislature enacting on it. It looks at the introduction of various legal systems including the Civil Law system, which is the largest legal system, and the Common Law system. It further explores how Islamic Law and Chinese legal system originated.

On this land and in this place we strive to learn together, walk together, and grow together “in a good way.”
