Evaluation Of Rural Electrification Projects

Abstract

This research evaluates the electrification projects developed at rural communities in Ecuador. The project does also identify the driving forces, the barriers and the stakeholders that are involved into the electrification process. On the other hand, it does also analyze the current Government’s policy. For the development of this research there were visited two rural indigenous communities in order to develop a comparative analysis to determine the improvement of the life quality of the community people.
