Abstract

Provides a description of the Canadian National Telehealth Outcomes Indicator Project, a rationale for the need to identify and define consistent outcome indicators, a synthesis of the telehealth outcomes literature, and a Telehealth Outcomes Development (TOD) model to guide the process. Appendices provide additional information regarding several international health outcomes projects, and potential tools.
