Abstract

Presentation given at the Canadian Library Association Collections 2009 Pre-conference on May 29, 2009. The presentation started with a review of the rights of users and libraries under the Copyright Act. It then discussed problems with licencing of e-books compared with rights under the Copyright Act. The second part of the presentation depends heavily upon the CARL E-Book Report. The presenter was one of the five authors of the CARL E-Book Report.

On this land and in this place we strive to learn together, walk together, and grow together “in a good way.”
