Their first book together (with Desh Subba from Nepal, now living in Hong Kong) originated from a series of email dialogues, then published on the Fearlessness Movement ning, which were initiated by Fisher; see Fear, Law and Criminology: Critical Issues in Applying the Philosophy of Fearism, Xlibris 2018]
